The Mind Palace is located at the top of the spire of Neo Caples. Neo Wonka has claimed the throne and maintains order over the Worker’s Party - the ruling body controlling all aspects of life within the panopticon.

Only those who have mastered the method of loci can enter the Mind Palace. To do so, one must memorize the three platonic objects contained on each floor, and assemble them in order. Entering the Mind Palace is the only certain way of ending the Neo Wonkan regime once and for all.
