RE: Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
The purpose of this Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is to define serious areas of concern, gaps in your work performance, reiterate Sodexo Life Insurance’s expectations, and allow you the opportunity to demonstrate improvement and commitment.
Effective immediately, you are placed on a 90-day PIP. During this time you will be expected to make regular progress on the plan outlined below. Failure to meet or exceed these expectations, or any display of gross misconduct will result in further disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Areas of Concern:
Mr. Stahl has not demonstrated sufficient enthusiasm to the mission and values of Sodexo Life Insurance.
Observations:
Reports have been filed pertaining to Mr. Stahl getting completely ripped in the company bathroom. If so, this amounts to a brazen theft of company time and is not in accordance with company policy.
Improvement Goals:
